Important information

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

For our mortgage advice services, we will charge a fee of between £395 minimum and £795 maximum.

The amount we will charge is dependent on the amount of research and administration that is required. Examples of fees charged MAY be as follows: Non complexed mortgage cases £395, Limited Company Buy to let mortgages including portfolio lending may be charged at £495. Cases including high adverse credit situations may be charged at £795. The fee charged is payable on production of an offer letter from the lender. You will receive a Mortgage Illustration, which will tell you about our fees relating to a particular mortgage and the fee you will pay before you commit to progressing. In addition to the above we will also be paid a procuration fee from the lender. The amount of the procuration fee will be disclosed to you.
