Cases including high adverse credit situations may be charged at £795. The fee charged is payable on production of an offer letter from the lender. You will receive a Mortgage Illustration, which will tell you about our fees relating to a particular mortgage and the fee you will pay before you commit to progressing. In addition to the above we will also be paid a procuration fee from the lender. The amount of the procuration fee will be disclosed to you.
